Affordable Housing Investments

I will champion legislation that allocates substantial (and accountable) funding towards the development of affordable housing units across the state with an emphasis on LA County. • Collaborate with local governments to establish fair rent policies that balance the interests of both tenants and landlords.

  • Expand and develop programs that provide down payment assistance and low-interest loans to help Californian families achieve the dream of homeownership.
